How should I prepare for my shoot? To help prepare for a shoot, please refer to my Preparation Checklist
-
How long will it take?Generally, for a property below 5000sq. ft. it may take 1 hour for photos, 1.5 hours for video, and 2 hours for virtual tours. I deliver the photos and virtual tours the next day before the evening, and floor plans and video will be delivered in 3-4 days.
-
Where do you service? We are located in Vancouver but we service all of the Metro Vancouver area. Travel fee will apply if travel from Vancouver is greater than 40 minutes.
-
Should I reschedule my appointment because it is raining? You shouldn’t unless it’s really pouring. We use techniques both when shooting and editing to minimize the effects rain might have on the pictures.
-
What if I have to reschedule? To reschedule, please give us a call or email with as much notice as possible.
-
When is the best time for a shoot?Ideally, the best time for a photo shoot is before the afternoon. However, we will arrive 15 minutes before the shoot commences to prepare.
-
How many photos will I receive? We will deliver around 30-50 photos depending on the size of the property. We will take as many pictures as we can to best represent the property.
